Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the QELBY online store (somatid.kr) operated by JD Life Science Co., Ltd. Effective date: July 1, 2026.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and procedures between JD Life Science Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users of the QELBY online store (somatid.kr, the "Store").

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Store" means the virtual place of business the Company operates using information and communications facilities to sell goods or services to users.

② "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Store and receives services under these Terms.

③ "Member" means a person who has registered an account and may continuously use the services provided by the Store.

Article 3 (Disclosure, Effect, and Amendment)

① The Company posts these Terms on the initial screen of the Store so users can easily review them.

② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. Any amendment will be announced on the Store, together with its effective date and reason, at least 7 days prior to the effective date.

③ A user who does not agree to an amendment may withdraw membership. Continued use of the Store after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

① The Company provides transaction information, purchase-contract conclusion, payment, and delivery services for goods and services.

② In the event of stock shortage or a change in technical specifications, the Company may change the content of goods or services to be provided under future contracts, and will announce the reason, details, and effective date on the Store.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the event of maintenance, replacement, failure of information/communication facilities, or other operational necessity, and will provide notice in advance or afterward.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

① A user applies for membership by completing the registration form set by the Company and expressing agreement with these Terms.

② The Company may refuse registration or terminate the service agreement afterward if the applicant used a false name, used another person's identity, or provided false information.

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)

① A member may request withdrawal at any time via My Page, and the Company will process the withdrawal immediately.

② If a member violates obligations under these Terms or disrupts normal operation of the Service, the Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate the member's status.

Article 8 (Notice to Members)

The Company may notify members via the e-mail address registered at sign-up, or through in-service notices on the Store.

Article 9 (Purchase Application)

A user submits a purchase application on the Store by selecting products, quantities/options, delivery address, and payment method. The Company provides a means for the user to correct any input errors before finalizing the order.

Article 10 (Formation of Contract)

The contract is deemed formed when the Company's acceptance, communicated in the form of the receipt confirmation notice under Article 12, reaches the user.

Article 11 (Payment Methods)

Payment for goods purchased on the Store may be made via electronic payment (credit card, simple payment, etc.) or other payment methods designated by the Company.

Article 12 (Receipt Confirmation, Changes and Cancellation)

① Upon receiving a purchase application, the Company sends the user a receipt confirmation notice.

② If there is any inconsistency in the application, the user may request a change or cancellation immediately after receiving the confirmation notice, and the Company will process the request without delay if made before shipment.

Article 13 (Supply of Goods)

① Unless otherwise agreed, the Company arranges delivery of goods within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase application.

② Delivery time may vary depending on region, courier circumstances, or force majeure. If a delay is expected, the Company will notify the user of the reason and revised schedule.

Article 14 (Refunds)

If the Company is unable to deliver goods due to a stockout or similar reason, it will notify the user without delay and, if payment was received in advance, refund the amount within 3 business days of receipt.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription)

① A user may request withdrawal of subscription (exchange/return) within 7 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

② For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind, the user bears the round-trip shipping cost.

③ Withdrawal may be restricted where the law permits, such as for opened consumable or hygiene-related products, or where goods have been lost or damaged due to the user's fault.

Article 16 (Effect of Withdrawal)

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Company will refund the amount paid within 3 business days, in principle using the same payment method the user used.

Article 17 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company collects, uses, and retains personal information within the scope permitted by applicable law. Matters concerning personal information protection follow applicable law and the Company's separate policy.

Article 18 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by applicable law or these Terms, and endeavors to provide continuous and stable service.

Article 19 (Member's ID and Password)

A member must manage account credentials with reasonable care and may not allow a third party to use them. The Company is not liable for damage arising from a member's failure to do so.

Article 20 (Obligations of Users)

A user shall not register false information, use another person's information without authorization, or copy or alter information posted by the Company without permission.

Article 21 (Ownership of Copyright)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Store belong to the Company. A user may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use such works, or allow a third party to do so, without the Company's prior consent.

Article 22 (Dispute Resolution)

The Company operates a customer center to reflect users' reasonable opinions or complaints and to process compensation for damages, and endeavors to resolve any dispute amicably between the parties.

Article 23 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

Any dispute relating to these Terms is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on July 1, 2026.
